Framing a Mirror

Yesterday I shared the girls' bathroom so far.

Here is the floor and rugs from that bathroom (they have a ton of different colors at Target). The lighting doesn't show it well but they are orange and pink. Can you guess which color two little girls like the best out of those two? SO much that they race (and plow over) each other to the pink rug every night when brushing their teeth. So much that someone always ends in tears. I was tired of it so I came up with an idea.
Remember these frames I mentioned yesterday?
They are open frames meaning they have no glass (and came that way from Hobby Lobby). So, I took some orange ribbon and threaded it through the hangers. Then I tied the ribbon in a knot and attached it to a hook above the mirror and each sink.
I made sure the pink mirror was opposite the pink rug. Get my strategy? Everybody gets a little bit of pink.
I'm hoping this does the trick. If not at least it was super easy, looks cute and didn't cost much money or time--and it's removable. Win, win.

Next I may be putting their names somewhere on each side of the counter--so there is absolutely no question. We'll see how this works first.

**Stay tuned tomorrow for a glimpse of how I keep these two little wild-haired princesses organized (in the bathroom anyway).
