Organizing Christmas Card Supplies

As the season is now if full swing and the Christmas cards are starting to arrive, I thought I'd share how I keep my card supplies organized.

Nothing fancy....just a folder. But it does help to have it all together.

For quite a while now, I have kept our Christmas card list/addresses on my computer formatted to fit onto labels for envelopes. Each year our list seems to grow a bit and a few addresses change. In that case I just add and adjust to the existing labels and simply print them out. SO much easier than writing them all by hand.

Inside the folder I keep a few extra blank cards (just in case), Christmas return labels, a master list of addresses,  and a bunch of envelope label sheets. 

And because I take the labels out of the package (to fit better in the folder) I just write the label number and size on a sticky just in case I would need it.

We typically get our pictures taken and use them in our card each year, so I also include a list of photo ideas and photographer information in there as well.

Can't forget some handy tips from our friends at the post office.
