Project Home Management Binder Day 5: Emergency Info

Hi friends, I'm back. If you've been wondering where I've been lately, it isn't really very exciting. I've had a nasty cold that I've been trying to recover from. Craziest thing, I went to "hot" yoga for the first time with a friend last Monday and swear I must have caught something there. It is called "hot" yoga because they keep the temp at 105 degrees. Am I crazy or could this be a total germ fest? I'm not really a germaphobe but geeze. Ya try to do something healthy and take about 10 steps backward.

Anywhoo.....

Earlier this month I started my Home Management Binder. (You can read here and here to catch up a bit.) Then last week I started and finished my Planning Ahead section: complete with goal setting printables, to-do lists, and meal planning sheets. (Go here and here to read about and download your own.)

So this week I am focusing on my next section which is titled: Reference.

Download your own Reference divider sheet here

and here.

Now my Reference section will contain quite a few different things. Today's focus is emergency info as well as other contacts and directions.

I also created a medical release form and a space to copy insurance cards. This is mainly if someone other than my husband and me are with our kids. (As you can see above, I haven't gotten to fill mine out yet.) I am going to keep most of the pages in protector sheets but the medical release stays in the pocket so that it can be removed quickly if needed. Feel free to download your own below each picture.

After my contact sheet I included a couple business card sheets to hold business cards of various business we may need to reference again.

I also decided to include a tab for directions.

I printed off directions from our house to various places such as the kids' pediatrician, dentist, hospital, and vet and put them in clear protective sheets for easy removal.

That way if there is an emergency and we aren't home, our sitter would be able to find any of these places all in one spot. I hope to never need these but you really can never be too safe.

Stay tuned for more sitter info. :)
